Le vingt-sept juillet mil huit cent soixante quatre,
par nous prêtre, soussigné, a été baptisée
Marguerite, née le même jour, du légitime
mariage de Antoine Fourquin dit Léveillé, cultivateur,
et de Sophie Lambert de cette paroise.
Parrain Narcisse Fourquin dit Léveillé; marraine
Marguerite Lalancette, soussignée. Le
parrain et le prère n'ont su le faire.
