The twenty-seventh January of the present year (1708) by me the undersigned Charles
Amador Martin pastor of this parish was baptized Ursule Catherine Belleau daughter
of Jean Belleau and of Marie Catherine Bethiaume his wife, born on the preceeding day. The
godfather and godmother were Blaise Belleau son of Blaise Belleau dit LaRose and Ursule
Hamel daughter of Charles Hamel of this parish and the godmother signed, the godfather
declared not knowing how to sign as required by the ordinance.
