we the undersigned curate of this parish,
baptized Joseph Louis Théophile Martineau, born today,
legitimate son of Théophile Martineau, dayworker,
and of Philomène Grignon of this parish. The
godfather was Louis Séguin constable, and the
godmother Alphonsine Chartrand, his wife who signed below
as well as the father. Reading done.
