neuviesme jour d'Aout après la publication de
trois bans de mariage entre François Magneron
fils de Jean Magneron et de feu Catherine Delpec
dobl Dolbec ses pere et mere de cette paroisse
d'une part et Catherine StMartin fille de
feu Jean Baptiste StMartin et de Marguerite
Legardeur de la paroisse de Québec d'autre part,
sans qu'il se fait trouvée aucun empeschement
au dit mariage, nous soussigné archidiacre et
grand vicaire viquair de Monseigneur l'Évesque
avons reçu leur mutuel consentement de mariage
et leur avons donné la benediction nuptiale avec les
ceremonies prescrittes par notre Ste mere l'église
en présence de Jean Magneron pere de l'époux, de
Michel Legardeur oncle maternel de l'épouse, de
Paul Jetté beaufrere et Pierre Gautier cousin
de la ditte épouse, et de Msgr Jean Baptiste Poulin
curé de L'Île-Jésus et Joseph Lacombe missionaire
de Lachenay lesquels ont signé avec nous, les dits
époux et épouse ayant declaré ne savoir
signer de ce enquis suivant l'ordonnance.

The year one thousand seven hundred twenty-six, the neuf
nineteenth day of August after the publication of
three bans of marriage between François Magneron
son of Jean Magneron and of the deceased Catherine Delpec
dobl Dolbec his father and mother of this parish
on the one part and Catherine StMartin daughter of
the deceased Jean Baptiste StMartin and of Marguerite
Legardeur of the parish of Québec on the other part,
without having been found any impediment
to the mentioned marriage, we the undersigned archdeacon and
grand vicaire vicar of His Excellency the Bishop
received their mutual consent of marriage
and imparted upon them the nuptial blessing with the
ceremonies prescribed by our Holy Mother the Church
in the presence of Jean Magneron father of the groom, of
Michel Legardeur maternal uncle of the bride, of
Paul Jetté brother-in-law and Pierre Gautier cousin
of the mentioned bride, and of Monsignor Jean Baptiste Pulin
pastor of L'Île-Jésus and Joseph Lacombe missionary
of Lachenay who signed with us, the mentioned
groom and bride having declared not knowing
how to sing as required by the ordinance.
