L'Ile de Montréal est decedé
en la communion de notre mere
Ste Eglise duquel le corps a ete
inhume au cimetiere de l'Eglise
de cete paroisse apres Jean s'est
confesse a Msgr Folier grand vicaire
de Monseigner l'Eveque de Québec, recu
le tres St Viatique par ses mains et
l'extreme onction par les miennes.

the Hôtel Dieu St. Joseph Chaply in
the Ile de Montréal died
in the communion of our mother

confessed himself to Monsignor Folier Grand Vicar
of His Excellency the Bishop of Québec, having
received the Holy Viaticum from his hands and
Extreme Unction from mine.
