paroisse il fut en presence de François Tellier, de Charles
Briere qui ont declare ne savoir signer de ce enquis suivant
l'ordonnance, par m oi

The twelfth August of the year one thousand seven hundred twelve was buried in the cemetery
of the Cap de la Ste-Famille after having lived and died of a severe sickness
quite suddendly Pierre Pichet de LaMusette inhabitant of this
parish, and this was in the presence of François Tellier, of Charles
Brière who declared not knowing how to sign as required
by the ordonnace, by me.
