quatre vingt ans apres avoir recu les sacrements ordinaires et ce
en presence de Laurent Dubé et aletprangph et Jean Morin
qui a signé avec nous, Laurent Dubé ayant declaré ne savoir
signer de ce enquis suivant l'ordinannce
